NSC Newsletter
The NSC Newsletter, produced four times a year (March, June, September and December), keeps members in touch with each other, whether breeders, exhibitors, companion or rescue owners, or those involved in racing and coursing, with relevant club activities and Saluki-related events and issues at home and abroad.
Each issue reports on club activities, shows, breed and judging seminars, Saluki welfare issues, animal health matters, features on all aspects of Saluki ownership, details of overseas shows and activities, and forthcoming events. It also includes cartoons, pictures, humorous articles, book and magazine reviews, correspondence, adverts, details of forthcoming litters, and much more.
The Newsletter Editor is pleased to receive items for inclusion from Saluki enthusiasts anywhere in the world. Please send them to:

NSC Membership
Club membership is by no means confined to persons from the North of
the UK. Indeed, most of the members do not live in the north, but come
from all parts of the country.
Currently the NSC has over 300 members throughout the country and a
growing number of overseas members from Europe, Scandinavia, North
America, Australia and New Zealand.
Membership is open to anyone, of whatever age, with an interest in Salukis.
Applicants for membership must normally be proposed by two existing
club members and elected by the NSC committee. Overseas applicants will
be elected by the committee on application supported by a letter
stating experience of, or interest in the breed.
Membership forms can be obtained on application to the Club Secretary.
The completed form should be returned to the Secretary, who will
present in to the Committee for approval at its next meeting.
Membership fees are currently Single: £9, Joint: £12, Junior: £1.50, Overseas
(Non-EEC) £16.
